2012.... Eh..

So I'm excited about the new year. Not for the reasons other people are however. I don't believe in the idea of new years resolutions. It takes 21 days to create a new habit (depending on who you ask) so to say that you will continue to indulge until a given day is rather ridiculous. Why work toward something after you attempt to "get it out of your system"? Why not just work on changing when you realize there is a problem? No one is impressed by your week without cigarettes, or your toned down sex life until January 6th. Small changes are what new years resolutions are for. Not for you to decide you're a new individual.
